SHIPPING POLICY

How will you ship my package?

Unless you specify otherwise, we ship UPS Ground and US Postal Service to 48 contiguous states. Expedited, 2-day and overnight shipping is available upon request at current rates. Please call us before placing your order. If you require a certain carrier please add a request for a carrier to your checkout AND call us to determine viability.

Alaska and Hawaii may incur a higher shipping rate. Shipments to Canada will be shipped USPS only, insured at value of order, at prevailing USPS rates, requiring customs declaration and extra paperwork. Please contact us before placing your order. Shipments to U.S. border mail drop locations will ship at prevailing USPS rates.

When will I see my package?

Most customers will see their in-stock items in approximately 4 - 8 business days. We ship all orders promptly. However, occasionally items are not in stock due to manufacturers' delay. You will be notified of any delay. (On custom or special orders, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery or see delivery times, where indicated, with specific items.)
