Refund policy

At Horsedream Importers, our goal is your complete satisfaction. We want you to receive all items exactly as you anticipated.

Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery date for any reason (fit, color, size, etc.) provided they meet ALL of the following conditions:
   • Unused and in original, resalable condition
   • Original packaging intact and undamaged
   • All tags, labels, and attachments in place
   • Free from horsehair, dirt, odors, or any signs of use or wear
   • All original paperwork, manuals, and accessories included

Return Process
   • Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping any items back
   • Returns without a valid RA number will be refused
   • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
   • We recommend insured shipping with tracking; Horsedream Importers is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise:
   • Approved returns: Refund of merchandise cost only, minus original outbound shipping charges
   • Items not meeting return conditions will be refused or returned to sender at customer's expense
   • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after confirmed receipt of the item(s) to original payment method

Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
   • Bareback saddles and pads (per manufacturer guidelines - these are custom-fitted items)
   • Items marked "Final Sale" in product descriptions
   • Used, worn, or damaged items
   • Items returned without RA number or after 30-day window
